Bruce Bowser, President  & CEO

President and C.E.O.  AMJ Campbell Van Lines, Mr. Bowser joined AMJ Campbell as Managing Partner and Vice President in 1992.

Appointed Executive Vice President of AMJ Campbell in 1996, and appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for the parent Public Company Camvec in 1997.

Appointed President and C.O.O. of AMJ Campbell in 1997.

Appointed President and C.E.O. of Camvec Corporation in September 1999.

Mr. Bowser has overseen the growth of AMJ Campbell since his appointment as President from $ 34 million in 1997 to over $ 200 million today. He has led the successful acquisition of six moving companies as well as the launch of several new product lines, such as AMJ Self Storage and AMJ Shredding. AMJ Campbell currently operates 8 Business Divisions in 50 locations across Canada, with over 2800 employees.

In 2003 Mr. Bowser led a Management buyout of the Public Company and successfully took AMJ Campbell private in the midst of a hostile takeover.

Prior to joining AMJ Campbell, Mr. Bowser held various management positions with the Bank of Nova Scotia from 1985 through 1992.

Mr. Bowser received his education at St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario.

Mr. Bowser is married with two daughters and lives in Glen Williams, Ontario. He is a licensed pilot as well as an avid golfer and hockey player.

Mr. Bowser sits on several Boards, including the National Club, Atlas Canada, The National Ballet School of Canada, Past Director Hope Air, Past Director, The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation, Director of Canada Company (supporting the children and families of fallen Canadian soldiers), Director, Mississauga Board of Trade, Past Director, Georgetown Hospital Foundation Board, Past President of the Teen Ranch Foundation, Halifax/Dartmouth YMCA

Mr. Bowser has been featured on CBC’s “Back to the Floor”, City TV, CNN Balance with Dr. Gupta, The National Post, Globe and Mail, Business Edge, as well as many other business magazines and newspapers.


Denis Frappier, President, Self Storage & Business Development

Denis joined AMJ Campbell in April 1980 and was promoted to Executive Vice President of AMJ Campbell Inc. in 1998. He is currently responsible for business development, service quality, and the success of the franchise network. Denis is the Chair of Special Olympics Ontario, past President of Canadian Association of Movers and a member of the Markham Chamber of Commerce.


Thomas (Tom) S. Finlay

With a partner, Kevan Brown, Mr. Finlay purchased AMJ Campbell Van Lines' first franchise in 1983 in Vancouver and has since added Victoria, Kelowna and AMJ Campbell International Vancouver. Prior to joining AMJ Mr. Finlay was employed in the moving and transportation industries in various capacities as well as banking with the Toronto Dominion Bank. Mr. Finlay received his education at the University of British Columbia, majoring in Political Science and Economics. Mr. Finlay is currently a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade and a member of the Board of Directors for Atlas Van Lines Canada. Mr. Finlay joined the senior management of AMJ Campbell in May of 2006.


Denis Cordick
, Vice President Marketing

Denis joined AMJ Campbell Van Lines in May 1998. Previously, he was employed as Director of Marketing at Universal Studios Canada, from 1997 to 1998; Marketing and Promotions Manager of Toronto Maple Leafs and Maple Leaf Gardens from 1989 to 1997. Denis holds a Post Graduate Degree in Sports Marketing.
